More than a million people visited the Red Glade gambling zone in 2019
The number of visitors to the gaming zone “Krasnaya Polyana” in Sochi doubled in 2019 and reached the mark of 1 million people. According to calculations by the administration of the gambling zone, two casinos and a slot machine hall on the territory of Gorky Gorod and Rosa Khutor resorts in the Krasnodar region were visited by residents of 149 countries. By comparison, last year the audience of gambling establishments in “Krasnaya Polyana” was 510 thousand people from 133 countries.
“Krasnaya Polyana” is one of five gambling zones in Russia. It was created in August 2016 by a government decree. Now in it work casino “Sochi”, “Boomerang” and a hall of slot machines “Bonus”. Operator LLC “Domein” is focused on attracting Russian and foreign tourists and actively promotes information about its institutions among potential players.
Great attention is paid to holding major events in “Sochi Casino and Resort”. In 2019 alone, the total prize pool of international poker club tournaments amounted to 936 million rubles. Also in August, the first summer music and gaming festival SochiSummerFest was held. On it the participants raffled off 25 million rubles.
In the summer, the operator announced the connection of its two casinos to the jackpot system. The first big cash prize was drawn in August and amounted to more than 4 million rubles.
