IZ Krasnaya Polyana has been recognized by the International Organization for Standardization

Russian gambling zone (IZ) “Krasnaya Polyana” has once again proved its high level after becoming a winner of the prestigious certificate of compliance with the international ISO standard for the high level of service. The quality of customer service was confirmed by a special expert audit, which evaluated IZ’s parameters on 50 points.
A team of analysts from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) conducted an in-depth analysis of the involvement of IZ facilities and employees in providing quality recreation to visitors, inspecting all the major facilities located in the area, examining the plan to accompany a particular guest from his meeting until his departure.
“It is very important that every visitor to the gaming area feels comfortable, cozy, and protected. Our task is to provide this and to be always one step ahead. That’s why we made a joint decision to join the international expertise. However, we do not intend to stop there. Our team will continue to improve service. We are just getting started,” commented IZ Krasnaya Polyana General Director Pavel Perov.
It should be noted that orientation on the needs of customers enabled the zone to serve more than 2.5 million visitors from 170 countries in four years of its operation.
Earlier, IZ Krasnaya Polyana became a member of the Association of Entertainment Industry Operators, Sports and Entertainment Events (AIRIS). It also included other gambling zones in Russia.
The main purpose of the association is to develop a coordinated opinion of the operators in order to publish it in the media and communicate with state institutions. Dmitry Anfinogenov, the director of “Krasnaya Polyana” was elected Chairman of AIRIS. He stressed that the Association intends to ensure that society is more loyal to the sphere of gambling business.
Recall that IZ “Krasnaya Polyana” will celebrate the New Year and its 5th anniversary with grand concerts and a raffle of 35 million rubles.
