IRC “Primorye” will receive 7 billion rubles for infrastructure development

Press-service of the Tourism Agency of Primorsky Krai announced that about 7 billion rubles will be allocated to the region from the state budget. These funds will be used for the development of local infrastructure, including the construction of new gambling facilities, as well as the creation of about 10 thousand new jobs by 2027.
The department reported that the authorities will pay special attention to the integrated entertainment resort “Primorye” as it is the most important investment project of the regional scale. Large holdings from Russia, China, Korea and Cambodia are engaged in the construction of casinos and hotels here.
Twelve new complexes with a casino, a golf course, concert halls, beach and promenade areas, bars, restaurants, a ski resort and an aqua-park will be opened within the 619 hectare project. The implementation of these plans is already confirmed by nine investment agreements worth over 78.5 billion rubles.
It is also worth noting that in the IRC “Primorye” a large casino “Shambhala” began its work on September 23. About 3.5 billion rubles have already been invested in this project. By 2022 the infrastructure of the gambling object will be expanded through the opening of a 5-star hotel, spa and conference hall.
