Gaming Realms has signed a multi-year license agreement with NetEnt

Game development and content licensing company Gaming Realms has partnered with the world’s leading online gambling operator NetEnt. As part of the agreement, the brands will work together to develop Slingo slots.

Under the terms of the agreement, Gaming Realms will be granted the right to use the NetEnt Starburst brand to create state-of-the-art gaming products that combine both the popular Slingo Gaming Realms genre and the iconic Starburst video slot features.

The first joint development following this deal will be available on all of the operator’s platforms in early 2021.

Mark Segal, CFO of Gaming Realms, commented on the deal, “We are very pleased to have licensed the rights to the NetEnt brands – their machines have dominated the gaming industry for years. The combination of Slingo and Starburst will create a new global product that combines their best features.”

NetEnt Chief Operating Officer Andy Whitworth added: “Expanding our portfolio and building brand awareness in new markets is a vital part of the corporation’s strategy. Gaming Realms has an extraordinary popularity among Slingo fans, especially in the United States.”

Recall that NetEnt has expanded its presence in the U.S. market.
